Flower Mound Police Needs Your Help
FLOWER MOUND, TX - This is a Code Red announcement from the Flower Mound Police Department. Recently there has been an increase of vehicle burglaries. The majority of the cases have been attributed to unlocked vehicles and vehicles with valuables left in plain sight. Since January of this year, 9 people have been arrested for vehicle burglaries. The Police Department requests citizens follow these simple tips to help to reduce the likelihood of becoming a victim:
1) Avoid parking in the street if possible.
2) Always lock your vehicles.
3) Remove any and all property items from view, including loose change.
