Homeowners, January 31st was the final day to submit the 2010 Homeowner Dues to the Post Office to avoid late payment fee. Any postmark dated after January 31st makes for a late payment and a fee is assessed to the homeowner's account. Receipt of an invoice by certified mail indicates a delinquent account.
